Time together has bought new sense of just bein.
The quiet times, the words sometimes difficult to say but better out than in, love shared and spoken. Music mixed with radio shows and podcasts.. Thinking about what next in terms of life easier on the road and navigating time together.. realising that the constant decision making can be exhausting and very thankful for Brian who takes most of the load when we travel.. my role to fill in the gaps. We are a pretty good team most of the time. As he reminded me yesterday perfect is not possible all the time!
Realised when B was unwell yesterday that while I don’t usually do the heavy work setting up I do know how and I could do it with time.. hooking back up another question..
What will I remember most from this trip? Big wide open skies and horizons. Red sand, blue skies and sunshine The Milky Way at midnight.. Karijini and in South Australia at Ryelands Farm Stay..the gift of longer walks to amenities in the middle of the night 😊. The quiet of the night even in a busy campsite especially when unpowered and generators not encouraged. The blue of the sea at Exmouth and Cape Le Grand.. swimming with turtles and watching whales.. Meeting people from all over the world serving us in out of the way places.. on adventures of their own!
