We arrived relatively late in the day to find this is a popular site. Just as well we had booked earlier in the week.
We realised that we have 2 odometers. We think we have been watching B, although A tells us how far from Cheltenham we are. A currently says we have come approx 8,800km.
So there was good planning in getting the car serviced while in Mandurah. Rockingham Toyota did a 90,000 km service. They said they didn't find anything and that the next service would probably require new front brake pads.
What a delightful find. This property is nestled next to Fitzgerald River National Park. What a shame that winter came to visit as well.
Mostly this week has been in Perth catching up with both familes. Gail especially enjoyed going to Henry's swimming lessons.
This week we are stationary in Mandurah, So probably won't be updating this blog until we go to Manjimup next week end
A very gentle start although we were still ready to leave by 9:30. Coffe at the Beachside cafe in JUrien Bay, then to Lancelin for lunch with Hannah.
A very gentle start today. Playing around in the Murchison last night was nice (& muddy). This morning's challenge was to grab everything that needed to go to Mandurah and save having to open the trailer in Lesmurdie
At Karijini there is easy indication that the earth is ripe for iron ore mining. This torch has a couple of magnets in the base. We accidentally put it down and then it wouldn't stand properly until we cleaned it!
